These rules are brought to guest's knowledge on his arrival, and they are visible in the main frame at the entrance and in various other frames around the resort.
The act of entering the campsite implies a commitment, by our guest, to obey to all these rules.
In the name of everyone's safety, the Management has the right to send away and punish whoever does not comply with these rules, or whoever behaves in opposition to the quiet of other guests.
Everybody's help is paramount to assure to our guests the most pleasant stay.
ART. 1: ACCESS RULES
1. Access into the village and the beach is permitted only to authorized people, who have produced, for this purpose, a valid ID. Any violation of this principle means violation of the penal law, and transgressors will be sued of house-breaking.
2. On arrival, guests are requested to tender a valid ID which bill be returned after final payment.
3. Unit tenants are subjected to a cautionary deposit of Euro 100,00 (due cash on arrival). The controller will check the lodge right before the tenant's departure, and tenant will be charged for any loss or damage. More details available on arrival.
4. Guests in campsites, arriving without booking and down payment, are subjected to a deposit of Euro 100,00 (due cash on arrival). The deposit will be returned after final payment.
5. Minors are not admitted unless accompanied by an adult for the whole stay.
6. Arrivals of guests beyond maximum number accepted (children of any age included) cause cancellation of reservation and loss of down payment.
ART. 2: MOTOR VEHICLES - CIRCULATION AND PARKING RULES
1. Inside the premises only 1 car/motorbike per unit/emplacement is allowed, equipped with the control-coupon, and cannot circulate during the Silence hours. Any other car owned by visitors or parents - must be parked outside the premises.
2. The authorised car/motorbike must show clearly the admission PASS, glued on the windscreen in a visible position, otherwise the pass will be withdrawn by the Security Staff. Cars/motorbikes without PASS will be towed at owner's expenses and put outside the premises, at owner's risk.
3. Cars and motorbikes can circulate inside the premises only to reach the lodge and to exit. They must keep a very slow speed and watch out for pedestrians and bicycles.
4. Vans are admitted only for loading/unloading and cannot park inside.
5. Boats or trolleys are not admitted inside the premises.
6. Scooters and small motors are not admitted inside the premises. They must be parked outside in the proper area.
7. For everyone's safety, bikers are requested to keep self -control and to slow down speed, otherwise bikes will be seized until departure.
8. For everybody's safety, guests are requested to respect the highway code when using vehicles of any kind inside the premises. Otherwise, the vehicle will be retained until guest departure.
ART. 3: LODGING RULES
1. Lodges and reserved emplacements are assigned by the Management.
2. Once authorized to choose the emplacement himself, guest must notify immediately the number of emplacement to the Reception Desk. Reserved emplacements can be occupied only upon the Management authorisation.
3. During his stay, guest is requested to do the following:
Keep wearing the identifying bracelet provided on arrival until his departure, in order to be recognized as authorized resident.
The Security staff and Management staff are authorized to stop and put questions to guests not wearing their bracelet.
Control carefully that every member of his group has been checked-in and is properly registered, reporting any error/disagreement at the Reception.
Notify right away at the Reception every variation on arrival or departure of any member of his group.
Give personal and lodging information, whenever requested by the Security or Management staff.
Do a proper use of all the facilities, especially the sanitary services (adults must keep their kids at a close watch)
Keep the emplacement immaculate and tidy, otherwise a penalty of Euro 50,00. will be charged.
4. During the silence hours, from 13.00 to 15.00 and from 23.00 to 07.00, it is forbidden to enter, to circulate around and to exit the premises with motor vehicles of any kind. Guests can enter or exit only by feet or by bicycle. Radio, TV and any other device must be lowered down and not be audible outside the lodge.
5. It is forbidden:
To occupy, even temporary, vacant emplacements with vehicles or objects.
To camp anywhere outside the designated camping area, particularly in the house-units area.
To use the electric power provided in lodges/emplacements to charge electric scooters/skaters
To use barbecues inside terraces in the cottage.
To buy or to consume alcohol, by people under the age of 16.
To enter offices, bars, shops and restaurants in bare foot, wearing bathing suit or with roller-skates.
6. We inform our guests that in low season some services/amenities may be reduced or not active.
7. According to the privacy tutorship, any search for clients with speakers, any incoming call, and the release of any kind of information regarding guests hosted in the village, cannot be performed without the agreement of the guest himself.
ART. 4: SWIMMING POOLS
Both, temporary and daily visitors, are requested to observe the following regulations concerning our pools:
1. it is forbidden to enter into the swimming pool when red flag is up: flag means that the pool is closed
and unguarded;
2. it is mandatory to shower before entering the pool;
3. wearing the bathing cap is strongly recommended;
4. it is forbidden to jump from the pond edge into the pool;
5. it is forbidden to run along the pond edge;
6. it is mandatory for infants to wear disposable swimming pants (available at the supermarket)
7. it is mandatory to put trash garbage into the provided bins;
8. it is forbidden to enter into the pool wearing clothes (T-Shirt or similar)
9. it is forbidden to leave personal belongings on deck chairs for more than 30 minutes, otherwise they will be
removed by pool attendants;
8. Guests who do not respect these rules will be banned from the pool.
Our guests are kindly requested to be informed about the opening times of the pools, which can be found at the appropriate info board of each pool.
ART. 5: TEMPORARY GUESTS
1. Temporary guests (those who spend 1 or more nights in the lodge/emplacement of a resident guest) are admitted as long as the total number of occupants does not exceed the maximum permitted for that type of lodge.
2. They must check-in and check-out in real time at the Reception and sign the form provided.
3. Charge policy: 2 nights minimum charge, and however not less than day-visitors fee. For departures after 10.00 one more night will be charged, regardless of the arrival time.
4. Variations endorsed by resident guests cannot be turned down at final payment.
5. Not registered people will be charged for the total amount of the stay applicable for each extra person, from the day of the group's arrival.
ART. 6: DAY VISITORS
1. Day visitors are admitted from 09.00 to 22.30; entrance fee from Euro 10,00/person (also children) to pay before entrance. Our guest are allowed to stay in the resort also the day of departure, as long as they pay the daily fee and park the car outside the premises.
2. Day visitors are requested to wear the identification bracelet provided by the Reception. The Security staff and Management staff are authorized to stop and put questions to guests who are not wearing their bracelet.
3. There is no charge for visitors staying less than 45 minutes, but they must deposit a valid ID at the Reception until their departure.
ART. 7: DEPARTURE RULES
1. Check-out time is 10.00 a.m. for house-unit residents, 11.00 a.m. for camping residents. In case of check-out after that time one extra night will be charged to guest's account.
2. Final payment can be done since arrival (as long as there are no variations in the following days).
3. Cash office hours: every day, 09.00 – 12.00 / 16.00 – 19.00. After the mentioned time payments will not be accepted.
4. Final payment can be made trough: cash, credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD), ATM-Card. We do not accept cheques.
5. Departing guests going to the cash office for payment are not allowed to stop the car/camper/caravan along the exit lane. They must proceed by foot, leaving the car at the emplacement or the living lodge.
6. Lodges will be inspected before tenant's departure. If any damage, or untidiness occurs, a certain amount will be charged, based on a leaflet available in every lodge.
7. Bookings of house units: no reduction applied in case of delayed arrival and/or advanced departure; bookings of emplacements: in case of advanced departure the price per person will be charged until day of departure, while the price of emplacement will be charged according to the booked dates.
ART. 8: DAMAGES- RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The Management cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by: guests behaviour, uncontrollable events and environmental calamities, such as fall of trees or branches, or by any other cause not depending on our Personnel's negligence.
2. The Management cannot be held responsible for loss or stealing of personal belonging and valuables. Safety-boxes are available (10.00 – 11.00 / 17.00 – 18.00), on loan, at the Cash Office.
3. Any thing found unattended must be delivered to the Management.
4. Using of swimming-pools, playgrounds, sport equipments, etc. is at your owns risk. We recommend guests to watch over their children.
5. All the animation and sport activities are optional and a free will of our guests. Any harmful result due to guest's behaviour cannot be ascribed to the Village.
ART. 9: ENVIRONMENTAL RULES
1. A disinfection against mosquitoes is scheduled weekly. We use ecologic, non toxic, and harmless products.
2. We recommend all residents to be environment-conscious in their behaviour. In particular:
Do not throw any object or bag out of the proper bins
Part materials like paper, plastic, glass, batteries, from general waste
Do not cause any damage to plants, flowers, grass; do not hang ropes between trees; do not dig holes in campsite; do not light fire; do not damage or remove any equipment.
Do not use campsite generator to wash dishes or clothes, and do not waste water in any way.
Do not waste detergents on the ground.
Make sure that there aren't any leeks out of your car (liquid or oil)
ART. 10: ANIMALS NOT ADMITTED
Animals are not admitted anywhere inside the premises. Their presence involves the immediate removal from the resort and the payment of Euro 25,00/day from the day of resident's arrival until to the moment of the control.
